Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.
The item must be unused, unstitched, and in original condition with complete packaging.
Return requests must include order details and clear pictures of the issue.
After 7 days, return requests will not be accepted.
Refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
If the product has a manufacturing defect or wrong item delivered, we will offer refund or exchange.
Refunds may take 3–7 working days to process.
Delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the mistake is from our side).
Slight color differences may occur due to lighting or screen resolution.
Used, washed, or stitched items are not eligible for return or refund.
